After purchase, you'll receive a design brief questionnaire to gather all necessary details about your project. I'll then create initial concepts based on your specifications. You'll have the opportunity to review and request changes during the revision period. Once approved, you'll receive all final files in the required formats.

All final designs include high-resolution JPG and PNG files. For logo and branding projects, you'll also receive vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) which can be scaled to any size without quality loss. Source files (PSD, AI) are included with Premium and Elite packages or can be purchased separately.

Yes! Once your project is complete and payment is received in full, you own 100% of the rights to your design. You can trademark it, register it, and use it however you like. I only retain the right to display the work in my portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

I offer free revisions during the design process (number depends on your package). After project completion, additional changes can be requested for a small fee based on complexity. Many clients choose to keep me on retainer for ongoing needs like seasonal updates or new marketing materials.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, accepting all major credit cards. For larger custom projects, I may require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. All pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified.
